Al-Ahsa Livestock Cooperative Society announces the convening of the Second Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, which will be held remotely via WhatsApp on Monday, January 19, 2026, corresponding to 30/07/1447 AH, at 8:00 PM. The Board of Directors of Al-Ahsa Livestock Cooperative Society is pleased to invite all General Assembly members to attend the Second Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting for the year 2026. Extraordinary General Assembly Agenda: - Approval of the merger of Al-Ahsa Livestock Cooperative Society with Hajer Agricultural Development Cooperative Society in Al-Ahsa. Notes: A member may vote on behalf of only one proxy in the following cases: - An absent member, provided that an approved power of attorney issued by the society is available. - Heirs, provided that valid legal powers of attorney along with an official inheritance certificate are submitted.
